SHIPPING POLICY


  • Standard International Shipping: 7–12 business days, with 1–4 processing days.

  • All orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days. During peak periods (holidays), it may take up to 6 business days.

  • In the US, we use the US Postal Service . It typically takes 7–12 business days after processing, but in rare cases, it can take up to 35 days due to customs.

  • If your order takes longer than 25 business days, please contact us. We do not issue refunds for delays beyond our control.

Pre-order or missing items

Pre-order items will ship as soon as they're back in stock. Multiple orders may be shipped separately.

Order tracking

You'll receive an email or SMS with the tracking code. It can take up to 3 business days for the data to appear.

Incorrect address

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct address. Please contact us immediately if you have entered an incorrect address.

Processing Time

After receiving your order, we conduct quality control inspections (materials, stitching, details, etc.). This can take an average of 4 business days, but may extend up to 10 days for popular items or out-of-stock items.
